William Hill backs Celerity for single customer voice play

30 November 2017, Kent – William Hill, the top UK bookmaker, has enlisted marketing technology specialist Celerity to synchronise all Adobe Campaign communications with existing advertising, in a new two year deal.
William Hill has outsourced its Adobe Campaign operate and run services to Celerity to drive efficiencies and improve return on investment from the platform.
A competitive pitch saw Kent-based Celerity win out against five competitors. The first six months of the partnership will include deep-dive discovery sessions with William Hill’s existing marketing teams in Leeds, Gibraltar and Tel Aviv, with a project to transition all campaigns and processes to Celerity running in parallel.
