London; 15 July 2020 – Paragon Customer Communications (PCC) has announced a reorganisation of their digital agencies under Paragon DCX.
Paragon DCX is a collective of specialist transformation businesses, coming together to offer brands an alternative partner to solve business, technology and marketing challenges.
It has been created following a number of recent acquisitions: Despark, an app design and web development agency acquired in December 2018; digital strategy and transformation agency, ORM, and marketing technology specialists, Celerity, both acquired in May 2019 and the newly launched creative and CRM agency, Parkhouse.
As part of the strategy, Paragon is re-architecting the digital businesses to better align with client needs. With marketing in today’s digital world inextricably linked to data and technology, these capabilities underpin the DCX proposition.
The process will see the Celerity brand in the UK being wound down over the coming weeks, with the clients and capabilities joining the Parkhouse and ORM businesses. Celerity’s UK teams will join Parkhouse and ORM in London and the Boston-based team in North America will be aligned to ORM’s New York business.
Jeremy Walters, chief executive officer, Paragon Customer Communications for UK & Ireland, commented;
“We’re thrilled to continue our strategy of investment in the digital and marketing transformation agency space and have already seen our customers benefiting from our increased capabilities around customer experience. We’ve acquired some incredible businesses, with amazing clients and talent so we’re looking forward to growing this new offering and helping more brands to generate meaningful and responsive customer interactions.”
DCX sits within the Paragon Customer Communications existing structure in the UK, overseen by Dave Reynolds, chief operating officer, PCC UK&I. DCX has also seen the creation of centralised leadership and teams in new business, marketing, talent and finance.
