My Role at Celerity

As Head of UK Operations, I report directly to and work closely with the Managing Director; assisting in the day to day running of Celerity, operationally. As a senior member of the Celerity executive team, I provide leadership support to the overall business operation to deliver structure, stability and quality of service. I am directly responsible for all client-facing teams (with the exception of business development) where our main objective is to improve and maintain external and internal relationships along with providing coaching and management to improve our value offering that also delivers efficient and consistent ways of working within Celerity. I look to provide leadership to all of my direct reports and mentor others in the business that seek it. I am a Six Sigma and LEAN (Black Belt) with many years of Customer Service experience, so this combination enables me to effectively manage a large team.

A Bit About Me

I love sports – watching more than playing these days, but I am an avid walker…I aim to clock up between 30-40 miles each week…even when I am on Holiday! I am also a proper ‘foodie’ in terms of eating out and attempting to cook at home too. Hence the walking…it burns those calories! I LOVE TO DANCE! I can’t dance, but I love to try…and you’ll normally find me on the dance floor at the Christmas Party or at a wedding!
