OFFICE Enlists Celerity to Connect On and Offline Customer Data for Increased Sales

6th July 2015 , Kent – Celerity has been selected by leading fashion footwear retailer, OFFICE, to help the company bring together siloed customer data into a single customer view, enabling real-time, 1-2-1 multi-channel marketing.

Chosen for its Adobe Campaign expertise, Celerity will help OFFICE transform its customer relationship management through marketing automation, as part of a wider business strategy to increase market share. The program will be introduced initially in the UK, before moving into other emerging OFFICE territories.
