Celerity Wins Loyalty and Relationship Marketing Category at the 2015 Data Storytelling Awards

16 September 2015, Kent – Celerity, a data marketing and CRM specialist, has been awarded the Loyalty and Relationship Marketing category at Marketing Week’s 2015 Data Storytelling Awards for its ground-breaking work with Spirit Pub Company, a UK-wide hospitality pub and restaurant chain.

Hosted at the Marriott in Grosvenor Square, London, the awards honor leading businesses and individuals that bring together ‘the science of data and the art of storytelling to drive engagement and results.’ Previous winners include major brands such as Channel 4 and Costa Coffee.

Celerity’s relationship with Spirit began in 2013, when Celerity helped them to develop an omni-channel data marketing strategy designed to put the company’s guests at the center of its operations – and assisted the company’s transition to a digitally-optimized business model.

The project entailed building a 360-degree view of customer behavior across all brands, targeting ‘offline’ guests with personalized offers, and launching multi-channel campaigns via social networks, email marketing and mobile. Resulting from this work, Spirit saw widespread and significant improvements in terms of frequency of visit, spend per visit and overall ROI.
