Celerity Shortlisted for Marketing Week Awards

We’re very pleased to announce that Celerity has been shortlisted in four categories in this year’s Data Storytelling Awards.
This September, Marketing Week will celebrate the best of the data industry with the newly branded Data Storytelling Awards. Previously known as the Data Strategy Awards, Marketing Week wanted to reflect the position of data as one of the top drivers of business success.
Data has transformed marketing and offered brands across all sectors the opportunity to become far more effective and efficient in the way they generate sales. The awards showcase some of the best examples of brands using data to ‘bring their stories to life’.
Celerity entered four categories using examples of projects completed with Spirit Pub Company and their award-winning brands. Celerity has worked with Spirit since 2013 to launch an omni-channel strategy that puts the guest at the heart of everything they do and has since supported the group through a complete digital transformation.
Initially working with Spirit to build a complete 360 degree view of their guests across all brands, Celerity then enabled the pub group to identify their ‘offline’ guests and engage them through personalized loyalty initiatives and cross-channel marketing through mobile, email and social.
Spirit achieved impressive results across the board; with increased frequency of visit, increased spend per visit and significant return on investment overall.
