My Role at Celerity
My role at Celerity is Client Engagement Director and I have been part of the company since November 2011. Joining straight from Sixth Form, I was given a fantastic opportunity and entered the company on an apprenticeship scheme, which resulted in Customer Service qualifications. Over the years that I have worked at Celerity, I have worked on a number of clients in different sectors, but the principle of Account Management remains the same across them all. It is my responsibility to ensure that the customer receives the best service possible, and also to ensure that all tasks and projects are delivered effectively and in line with the business objectives.
A Bit About Me
I love spending time socialising with friends and family, and am partial to a glass of wine or two! When I’m not working, or enjoying a night out, I like to go out for dinner, have nights in with a film, and most of all plan my next holiday. I’m a sucker for a beach break, and there’s nothing I love more than laying by the pool reading a good book – you can’t beat it! In the last few years I’ve also become a ‘forced’ football fan, where I pretty much have no choice but to watch any game that’s being shown – the joys of having an avid supporter as a boyfriend. However, I wasn’t complaining when I ‘had’ to go all the way to Barcelona to watch a game…that was a different story entirely!
