My Role at Celerity
As Head of Talent Academy, I am wholly responsible for the creation and management of a brand new Young Talent Recruitment & Development programme: Talent.ED. The programme has been designed to support the business from the “ground up” – finding and developing the next generation of leaders and innovators for our company. I am responsible for designing the recruitment and training programme; for building and developing business partnerships; and for the direct management of Talent.ED academy team members.
Previously Head of Operations at Celerity, I was chosen to lead the programme because of my extensive experience in building teams, creating new processes and providing leadership and mentoring. I am a Six Sigma and LEAN (Black Belt) with many years of Customer Service experience, so this combination enables me to effectively enable a large team to deliver for success!
A Bit About Me
I love sports – watching more than playing these days, but I am an avid walker…I aim to clock up between 30-40 miles each week…even when I am on Holiday! I am also a proper ‘foodie’ in terms of eating out and attempting to cook at home too. Hence the walking…it burns those calories! I LOVE TO DANCE! I can’t dance, but I love to try…and you’ll normally find me on the dance floor at the Christmas Party or at a wedding!
