OFFICE enlists Celerity to connect on and offline customer data for increased sales

6th July 2015 , Kent – Celerity has been selected by leading fashion footwear retailer OFFICE, to help the company bring together siloed customer data into a single customer view and enable real-time, 1:2:1 multi-channel marketing.
Chosen for its Adobe Campaign expertise and experience, Celerity will help OFFICE transform its customer relationship management through marketing automation, as part of a wider business strategy to increase market share. The programme will be introduced initially in the UK, before moving into emerging OFFICE territories.
