Celerity is delighted to share that we are now a part of the Paragon Group. Celerity will operate alongside Paragon Customer Communications (PCC) in the UK.
PCC is the largest company within the Paragon Group and works with a portfolio of blue-chip clients to transform their customer communications, using the very latest technological innovations to generate meaningful and responsive customer interaction. Celerity has been established for 16 years. In that time the business offering has evolved from data cleansing services for direct marketing, into global professional services focusing on marketing technologies including Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Tealium. The business also offers multi-channel campaign management and insight and analytics services. They are helping global brands such as Nissan, Goldman Sachs and William Hill to better engage with customers and drive enhanced experiences using technology and data.

Paragon Group also acquired Celerity Information Services sister businesses, ORM and Graft, as part of the deal. Celerity will now trade as a division of PCC (London).
