Celerity is delighted to share that we are now a part of the Paragon Group. Celerity will operate alongside Paragon Customer Communications (PCC) in the UK.
PCC is the largest company within the Paragon Group and works with a portfolio of blue-chip clients to transform their customer communications, using the very latest technological innovations to generate meaningful and responsive customer interaction. You can read more on PCC in the full statement on its website.
Celerity has been established for 16 years. In that time the business offering has evolved from data cleansing services for direct marketing, into global professional services focusing on marketing technologies including Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Tealium. The business also offers multi-channel campaign management and insight and analytics services. They are helping global brands such as Nissan, Goldman Sachs and William Hill to better engage with customers and drive enhanced experiences using technology and data.
Jason Lark, Managing Director of Celerity has released the following statement:
“We’re very excited about becoming part of the Paragon Group. Together we can not only better serve the incredible customers Celerity has today – through improved scale, innovation and breadth of service – but we now have the ability to truly achieve real-time, omnichannel experiences across web, email, mobile and direct mail. At our core, we believe that customer experience is integral to business survival in this digital age, and it warms me that Celerity will be able to deliver even better experiences that engage and delight customers.”
Jeremy Walters, CEO of Paragon Customer Communications commented on the acquisition:
“I am delighted we have concluded the deal to acquire Celerity. The company has a great team of dedicated and experienced people delivering fantastic customer service and unique solutions to a broad client base which perfectly complements our existing business. Operationally and financially, Paragon is a strong, disciplined and ambitious company and together we deliver the future of brilliant customer communications, amalgamating intelligent solutions with precision and reliability. Paragon prides itself on being customer focused and operates with rigorous financial and operational discipline.”
Paragon Group also acquired Celerity Information Services sister businesses, ORM and Graft, as part of the deal. Celerity will now trade as a division of PCC (London).
