My Role at Celerity
As Head of UK Operations, I report directly to and work closely with the Managing Director; assisting in the day to day running of Celerity both operationally and culturally. As a member of the Celerity executive team, I provide leadership support to the overall business operation to deliver structure, stability and quality of service. I am directly responsible for the UK based service and delivery teams (with the exception of business development).
The main objective of my role is to enable teams to deliver a high quality and seamless customer experience, as well as provide coaching and direction so that we achieve continuous improvement and deliver efficient (and consistent) ways of working. I look to provide leadership to all of my direct reports and mentor others who seek it. I am a Six Sigma and LEAN (Black Belt) with many years of Customer Service experience, so this combination enables me to effectively enable a large team to deliver for success!
A Bit About Me
I love sports – watching more than playing these days, but I am an avid walker…I aim to clock up between 30-40 miles each week…even when I am on Holiday! I am also a proper ‘foodie’ in terms of eating out and attempting to cook at home too. Hence the walking…it burns those calories! I LOVE TO DANCE! I can’t dance, but I love to try…and you’ll normally find me on the dance floor at the Christmas Party or at a wedding!
